Mango and Grape fruit smothie

Here is another super simple but very tasty smoothie for the hottest Summer days. I used milk and yogurt for his recipe, but you can easily use delicious ice cream to make it even more yummy! So, here is what you need:

  1. 30 – 40g of frozen or fresh mango chunks
  2. 1/2 grapefruit
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 1 table spoon of honey 
  5. 3 table spoon of plain non fat yogurt (or ice cream)
  6. 1/2 glass of non fat milk
  7. poppy seeds
  8. mustard powder (yes, I put a pinch of mustard powder because it is very healthy and you really do not taste ultimately)

Again, quantities are totally up to you; it depends on how much taste of mango or grapefruit you want. You can really play with quantities here. So, peel the grapefruit and cut the pulp. Place it into the food processor with the banana , the mango chucks, the honey, the mustard powder, the yogurt and the milk. Blend together. Adjust the taste and the texture and add the poppy seeds. Serve in a cold glass.
